Should I train neck on rest days or on leg day?

What would you consider optimal?

Just train neck after you finished your main muscle groups for the day if you still have the energy

If you feel like you can train neck after you finish your leg day for example, go ahead.

If you wanna see neck gains fast though train 3x a week

let me think, depends on your training days, generally i reccomend to do it in a training day to let your body fully rest when it needs to and it's easier to be consistent with it that way
