Should I train the masseter Or is it Just cope

I've been thinking about training this muscle because I after starving myself want Some good hollow cheeks, And before you say it's the cheekbone that gives you hollow cheeks yes I know and my zygo is good, So I can get hollow cheeks, But about training this muscle is it cope is it not gonna change anything??
 
Retard do you train your body and say it's cope?

If you train it
It will grow obviously

By chewing mastic gum duh
Chew for 30-60 min per day
If you feel any discomfort then stop
Also don't train it if you're fat or have inward gonions

Why should I Not train it If I have inward gonions??

i mean a trained masseter isn't as aestetically pleasing as naturally outward gonions, but def better than nothing. be careful when training so you don't develop tmj.

Hai provato metodi come l'allenamento con il martello, con l'asciugamano o con la tensione della mandibola?
