should i train with a static rep range or dynamic rep range for maximum muscle growth?

So i usually do 3 sets of 9 reps but i want to try out 2 sets with lighter weights of 9 reps and then last set with the maximum weight i can lift till failure, which is better guys for maximum muscle hypertrophy?

and can anyone rate and give advice on my PPL routine in dms please cus i have more questions related to some exercises

Just do 1-2 heavy set with 5-8 rep range
