I think you should get Lefort 3, just not with Andreishchev. There are way more surgeons than the ones mentioned on this and other sites. You're still really young. You have a lot of time to save up.

I'm not an expert. I would discuss your concerns about the limitations of that procedure with Ramieri and then get a second opinion. Maybe that plus augmentation of the nasal bone would work? I would talk to as many surgeons as you can. Maybe have a consultation with Joel Defrancq. He only charges 50 Euros and donates it to some charity. Seems like a good guy. Yaremchuk might be another good guy to talk to, just about the aesthetics and what's possible with implants. I know I've seen an article by Yaremchuk about building a projecting midface or something like that.

Yeah, I know. I agree with your thesis. I'm wondering if that could be augmented with cartilege or an implant or something.

But, if I were in your place, I would seriously pursue the Lefort 2/3, since surgeons are saying you actually need it, unless one convinced me that the nose issue could be fixed with something else and the results would be nearly as good as Lefort 2/3.

There is a fucking window 2 meters away from the operating table. In any civilized country, there is a special ventilation system that creates pressure inside the operating room, such that all air flows out and no air comes in. I doubt he has any such system and if a gust of wind comes, then you have contaminated air on your open face, on your bare bone and skin tissue.
