Should I trust the database?

long story short nurse says that im most likely gonna grow 2-3 cms more. do I trust them or what?
they've been tracking my height ever since I was 8. plus my moms and dads height. she showed me some projections and some other stuff I can't really recall.
im 17. I havent done any x ray scans I think they're just comparing me to other cases before and how they turned out.
