yes. dont listen to the retard above saying ur gonna have an ego death, just do a moderate dose. is it pure mushrooms youre gonna eat? or is it a product with standardised dosage? if it's just mushrooms themselves, do 2-4g of them and if it's standardised go for 2000mg. only do around friends that you trust
