Should I try to grow a medium stubble so I can cover my neotenous face until I have my trimax surgery?

I look like a 12 or 13 year old and my only „dimorphic“ facial features are my strong eyebrows and ok jawline.
But because of the recessed chin and fat that comes with it I look neotenous, almost childlike.
I‘m getting bimax and genioplasty soon tough, so until then I think I want to grow a medium stubble to look older and have a more mature „appeal“.
What do you think?

I think It only works if you have also a good jawline and okay forward growth.
Basically the prettyboy look.
