Should i up the T dose?

Currently on 200mg/week (since 7 weeks) but dont see any changes in body except I got a little bit leaner without dieting. I also still feel low energy all the time. Not low T but low energy. Sleeping at night and then again for a few hours after work. Could this be a thyroid issue? And are the sides worth it if i up the dose to 300mg/week and start bulking?

maybe its because you are missing vital minerals and nutrients

If 200mg ain't doing shit then either that's not test are your diet is piss shit malnourished african tier. Are you even working out?

Add some db0l it increases energy a lot and boosts your mood.

If 200mg ain't doing shit then either that's not test are your diet is piss shit malnourished african tier. Are you even working out?
Its test and I do work out whole body every 2-3 days. I have a barbell with weights here. I dont really count calories but i try to eat at least 2g/protein for every kg bodyweight. But I might eat too little, there are days where I eat below 2000 calories.

I started taking T for TRT purposes, not as a cycle

I also have the problem of dark under eye circles and dry lips
But it goes away when I feel like my body 'activates' more (after I start doing sports, drink coffee, take a cold shower..)
 
it would surprise you(and a lot of misinformed dudes here) that maybe,just maybe steroids without 150% tryharding diet and working out wont do much shit
if u are really give it all in diet/gym and still doesnt see results with 200mg go check it because 200mg is a fine dose

Idk there was this study (you can find in a youtube video from mpmd) where dudes taking like 250mg build significantly more muscle without training at all than natural dudes with training.

This doesnt mean they build a physique that stands out or even shows that they are working out
Last but not least genetics
I mean dude yeah steroids gonna give you even a little bit of lean mass but is it even worth taking steroids to just be average and not build a physique that stands out

What is your blood work looking like? Go off of that before making any changes. Also, are you aiming for high “TRT,” or a cycle?
