Should I use a Fluoride teeth-whitening toothpaste?

My dentist reccomeneded it, my teeth aren't too yellow but I just don't know if it's safe.

I don’t think it’d be on your teeth long enough to make a difference. Whitening strips would be more effective but whitening paste can’t hurt

whitening toothpaste is nonsense if you use it regularly you'll fuck up your enamel overtime, use hydrogen peroxide, either crest strips or by rinsing your mouth with it, while hydrogen peroxide is much cheaper, it will take more time for you to see results, make sure to get a bottle with less than 5% concentration, but tbh whitening strips are superior imo

Use a hydroxyapatite toothpaste, it’s more expensive but you won’t poison yourself with fluoride
