whole point of fgfr3 in our bodies is to slow growth down not close plates, so when you inhibit it the opposite will happen so if its slowing growth, you ingibit fgfr3 and guess what happens the brake is off and you will start to grow, but it cant keep plates open if fgfr3 doesnt close them in the first place

yeah but when both erdafitinib and an aromatase inhibitor like letrozole are used together they expand the growth plate by filling it with dead cells

there was never an aromatise inhibitor in the conversation, the thread was if he should use it and the guy said no because erda keeps the plates open so thats why i explained it, ofcouse if an ai is involved then plates wont close
