Should I use betamethasone on my nose

I have a 0.5mg/g tube of betamethasone and was wondering if it’s worth using on my nose I heard it can have some negative hormone a effects though

when i was in greece and asked for hydrocortisone they gave me betamethasone
idk what to say just try it once and dont do it daily
thing is it is way more powerful than hydrocortisone and can make ur skin too small too the point where you get some red marks
once might not do much bad tho just dont apply too much
