i wanna use

BETAMETHASONE for my nose cuz its fat like the thick skin but the problem is i heard its harmful i tried hc but dint work for me so BETAMETHASONE??? but i have a lil acne on my nose so is it worth itt??​

 
if hc didnt work then save for a nose job
