About 8 months ago I had a displaced midshaft left clavicle fracture which the fucking nhs refused to do a surgery on so now I’m stuck a malunion, where the bones didn’t fuse like it was before the fracture so now I have a stiff, slightly painful bone lump

I’m going to be roiding soon but I was thinking if bpc157 and/or tb500 is needed for me if I’m at increased risk of injury because of this, or if I’m fine without it.

well surgery will be brutal not only would I have to go private but it’s going to have to be an osteotomy atp I’ll get clavicle lengthening surgery

I just mean if I am at increased risk of injury because of this and if I should use it or not

if it’s already a solid malunion bone fused, bpc-157/tb-500 won’t remodel the bone or fix the shape. they mainly help with soft-tissue repair tendons, ligaments, and inflammation reduction.
that said, bpc-157 might still help a bit with pain and mobility since it improves blood flow and healing environment around the area.
tb-500 is more systemic, better if you’re dealing with recurring strain or compensations on the opposite side.
running bpc-157 250-500 mcg daily for 2-4 weeks subQ near the site could smooth things out a bit before you start training heavier. wouldn’t expect miracles, but it can make the joint feel less tight and inflamed.

inject near the site? It’s at the clavicle it’s very difficult to inject subq there, where would I inject?

you don’t need to inject directly on top of the bone, just go around the surrounding area.
some guys pin high chest / front delt region or even upper pec close to the collarbone, basically anywhere subq nearby where the skin lifts easily. the peptide still circulates locally enough to have an effect.
if it feels awkward or too tight, just go abdomen or delt subq it’ll still help systemically, just maybe a bit less targeted.
