I’m currently on isotretinoin and have about 3 months left. I’ve been thinking about adding GHK-Cu because I’ve seen people talk about potential synergy between the two. The issue is I can’t do injections because of my parents , so I’m looking at alternatives like topical or nasal spray. The problem is the opinions are all over the place some say topical works fine, others say it’s basically useless. Same with nasal, I’m not sure how effective it actually is. I’m just trying to figure out the most logical approach here whether it’s even worth using GHK-Cu without injecting, or if I should just wait until I can do it properly.

dont use it if ur not gonna inject it, just wait till u can do it properly

If you actually want top-tier collagen what's going to help is

1) Tretinoin (when you're done with accutane)
2) Microneedling
3) Vitamin C serum
4) Red light therapy

GHK-CU could help, but its not proven to be more effective than these 4.

this but remove vitamin c and replace it with something like topical estrodial, build up and start at tret 0.025 keep upping it if you can tolerate it, if you can Tazarotene is alot stronger so as long as you built up that tolerance and can handle it go for it, always incorporate spf 50++ every morning and just a nice simple routine combined with your estrodial and retinoid

Brother, when you’re on accutane. You don’t want to put anything on your face except lotion. Just let the pill take its count

Topical works fine but there’s no point - maybe slowly build up with a retinoid if ur skin barrier is strong and dose is not too high

GHK would be a great addition, one of the best things you can do

Laugh all you want but your advice is generic garbage that might’ve been decent had we regressed 10 years in dermatology
Have you considered the fact that I'm naming these because they're the gold standard?
Name something clearly more effective instead of talking.

Figures. You're just another jester. Not surprised in the slightest by a 2025cel thinking he's any different from someone who he thinks joined this space in 2026.

Notice how I didn’t care to give you a proper response the last time and still don’t care. Also you joined 2 weeks ago fag

Corrected it for you. Faggot.
Notice how I don’t really care and I know you won’t stop replying because I must’ve hurt your fragile ego with my first (objectively correct) reply. Always the retards who can’t accept when they’re wrong

Funny how the 'unbothered one' keeps talking

If that helps you cope

You proved nothing. Are you sure you're not the one who's retarded?
