i could be wrong, but i believe this is only from latisse when applied improperly. if youre using normal lash serums, they wont do that whether or not you have proper application. if you use latisse, and if you apply it poorly, it can cause those

Only if your other hair is dark brown/black or else everyone can tell its dyed and it looks unnatural if your blonde for example

Other than that your best bet is oral minoxidil which works good but can be pricey
