I got a 40mm palate, im 17, i have sleeping and breathing problems, and i cant decide if i should get marpe or fme(im planning on using facemask), im bit scared that i will look uncanny

Its my best photo of myself, i cant upload my side photos, but i cant tell that my chin is very weak and i lack bone projection, my maxxila and zygos are flat maybe even reccessed.
