This is 100% true and why I don't drink and apply sunscreen regularly. I also take collagen supplements and apply retinol and vitamin c serum on alternating nights. I also exercise regularly with high intensity cardio interval training twice a week , as well as weight lifting and slower cardio the other training days. I also take Niacinamide. The Nicotamide ribosome is a more refined similar molecule that is absorbed better by the body, but it costs a lot more, so I take the poor man's version( its like 20-30$ for a 2 month supply while the other ones can be like 100$ for a month supply for the real version ) . And lastly I aim to get like 7-9 hours of sleep regularly , avoid processed foods and sugary foods ( except some fruits as their sugar is not refined so a lot better for the body, but in high quantities still not good ). Getting enough vegetables and fruits s impossible so I get those super food powders of fruits and veggies .

I also don't see any value in doing this unless its a special occasion like with some chick who you really like, or celebrating some cool event like a new job, promotion in the job, or just having the occasional fun.

You can do it , just have to make sure your doing the rest of the anti aging stuff properly, and not doing drugs to frequently, and when you do them you take precautions. So on the days you do drugs, drink more water as aderall, cocaine, MDMA , alcohol tend to have diuretic action on the body so to compensate you would need to drink more water so your body doesn't get dry and dry skin can cause a old cel look over time. More moisturizer and collagen supplements can be done on the days you do durgs.

Correct, you could keep it open as some bonus method to get pussy but it could backfire as not getting results can lower your confidence and then you won't want to go out and meet bitches in real life where their is a lot higher chance.
