Should I use minoxidil at 15?

My hair has been shedding diffusely aggressively for months on end now. My hairline has gotten visibly worse, even if only slightly, it’s a big difference to me. Is using minoxidil until im old enough for finasteride and dutasteride a good idea? It’s only a few years

Will it slow down the shedding for a few years?
