Should I use MT2 if I get no sun and have some dark spots/freckles?

Should I use MT2 if I have some spots on my face and I wouldn’t be able to get any sun while taking it because I would take it in the winter. Here is what my face and face spots look like. Would getting no sun ruin the effects or make my face look weird?

I have spots too but i dont really care they look fine, also just tan in a bed. Ive had like 3 sessions and my skin tone is perfect atm.
