You can try it but acne scars and skincare is individual to some degree. I would recommend trying tretinoin and experimenting. Your acne scars look very small/non existent so I dont think you need laser.

Also I got a few questions All my new pimples I get are filled with white puss inside. Idk how to remove them? Any tips. For cleanser i use this and after I use Himalayan salt spray. when I’m about to leave for school I use a 30spf moisturizer. Why do I have oily skin?

You probably shouldn't remove those manually.
For cleanser you can try a salylicid acid one or benzyl peroxide if you are not going to use tret or accutane. I have no idea wtf Himalayan salt spray does for the face.
