Should I use this for my nose

Just found this and it noticed it has hydrocortisone in it. It is originally for my dogs ear infection and my dog no longer has an infection so should I use this on my nose? Advice will be appreciated

Hydrocortisone itself is cope. This is probally even worse

If ur nose is really a problem you can try softmaxxing with accutane or get surgeries
