should i use tretinoin or accutane?

currently on triluma, after completing that i'll be hoping on tret 0.5% gel + azelaic acid 15-20% to maintain results

should i do accutane 20mg per day + azelaic 15-20% or tret 0.5% gel + azelaic acid 15-20%? what will be better?

i don't have acne anymore, texture is decent too ig not the best but human-like, but the issue is my oil ass nose, accutane will shrink my nose a ton because the amount of oil glands nose nose has is crazy like that shit be oily af and accutane can help a ton in that but i also wanna maintain my triluma results and not look ethnic, what should I?
