Should i use UC for more hollowness? Current pics of me included

So what ive done in my journey so far, is lean tf (used to be a fat shit), did a small amount of aqualyx (but i think it was too small of an amount for any changes), and i used a 35w rf head on my face (did like 4 sessions with it) which i was only using for the claimed benefits of skin tightening, but too my surprise it actually reduced fat in my buccal area permanently. But im wondering at this point should i use the 40k head on the ultrasonic cavitation machine i have to achieve more hollowness, or would it look uncanny?

opps? like would nuking more of my buccal fat with uc be more enhancing or would it just get to a point were it looks dead/ill looking?

Depends on whether you are cheek sucking or pouting on thosde picks. If that is your resting face you dont need any uc for your buccal fat. Maybe use it on your malar pads or just ldar.
