I got a normal shaped and straight nose, its just fucking huge and i need rhino for it. But, sometime in 2027ish when im 20, im planned for a lefort 1 advancement to fix my underbite and bring my maxilla forward.
Would it be retarded to get a rhinoplasty first, then lefort 1? Because wouldnt moving the maxilla forward change how my nose looks, which the rhinoplasty surgeon wouldnt account for if i were to do rhino first?
