i wash everyday with scalp massager, shampoo maybe once every 2 weeks, and natural dandruff remover every 5 days or some shit

If your scalp is itching or if your hair is visibly oily, it’s time to wash. but if u have a dry scalp and dandruff stay off the shampoo. How often you should wash your hair depends on several factors like hair type or texture and also ur god damn personal preferences. but id say stay off the shampoo, condition every 3 days and shampoo every 7.
