Playing dress up choosing my outfit for the club on Wednesday. When I wore a long-sleeve shirt this weekend I wasn't getting enough attention. I want eyes on me when I walk in.

No, I work out at home every day with just dumbells and a bench. I started taking creatine HCL a week ago.

Here is my split, 64 reps for each exercise

Day 1
dumbell pullover
dumbell bench press

Day 2
tricep extension
weighted situps

Day 3
rows
curls (front, lateral, inner)

Day 4
Lat raise
squats holding a dumbell between my legs

Repeat
