Should I wet my face with warm water before pulling my eyebrow's skin?

By that question I meant that if warm water makes the skin softer, maybe it would be better than just pulling the skin on the eyebrow. Skin on the eyebrow i mean the area where the eyebrow sits. Idk how to explain it but like, should I wet the skin area around my eyebrows before pulling them?
