Should I workout fasted?

I haven't eaten for ~20 hours and I feel pretty good. Should I have a small meal with fats and protein or just take a PWO and have the meal afterwards?

Fasted strength training increases HGH by up to like 3000%, which is wicked!

It has the following ingredients:

Creatine 4000 mg
Beta alanine 4000 mg
L-tyrosine 2000 mg
Glycine 2000 mg
Taurine 1000 mg
Caffeine 400 mg
CupuaΓ§u extract 80 mg

Got lightheaded, could barely finish a workout and I even puked a little in my mouth. Wouldn't recommend.
