Should impacted wisdom teeth be removed?

I have 4 wisdom teeth

The 2 lower ones grow towards the 7th molar

The 2 upper ones grow slightly out of the cheeks

Should I remove all 4?

I think you can ask your orthodontist for protraction, it would definitely help for the others too
