Should Latvians and Lithuanians be considered some of the purest Aryans?

It appears they have the highest combined western hunter gatherer and corded ware/yamnaya DNA. Some studies rank norwegians and icelanders marginally above them, but some studies, especially later studies, rank lithuanians and latvians marginally above norwegians and icelanders.

Norwegians and icelanders usually have a bit more steppe(corded ware/yamnaya) ancestry, while latvians and lithuanians have a bit more western hunter gatherer ancestry.

Could the Mustache Man have been coping? Were the people of the Baltics(minus Estonians who have significant siberian ancestry like the finns) the true Aryans all along?

Yes. They have mixed a lot with Germans for a long while. I still find Estonians and Finnish people to be quite aryan. In all honesty they are still more pure to what they were than Magyars.
