Should me and my friend start blasting HGH at 16

Were both 16 almost 17. Our heights are 177cm and 175cm. I started puberty around 14-15 like genuinely being the shortest from my class (girls included) untill grade 8 (13 y.o) and being the shortest from boys untill grade 9-10 (14-15). My friend started puberty around 13-14 but was never on the taller side. So we want to ask you guys if we should blast hgh and mog the early puberty foids who mocked me to depths of gandy (he didnt get bullied i guess he was in a better school).
