Should my parents pay for my MSE ?

I need mse palate expansion but would it be too much to ask them to pay for it I need it before college ideally
It’s about 15k max
And hopefully insurance would cover some under sleep apnea
Considering my family’s yearly income is 130k
What do you guys think?
