Should one take finasteride at 17

It’s a really stressy year for me and my crown part of hair is thinning, people do notice it too from above.
I want to take finasteride but at the same time I’d appreciate some puberty gains (I’m not short)

Also another question.
Is the balding process fast I could do a hair transplant but I don’t want to go through the awkward waiting phase.
