Should skin burn a little after BP cleanser?

I've been using this cleanser for a couple of weeks now and it helps quite a bit. It makes my skin red which is normal but I also get slight tingling sensation after using it in the shower and washing it off.

I also don't moisturize regularly so that's probably it

I'm worried I might be putting a bit too much as well. It size dime sized amount but I'm putting a little more than that and seeing faster results
