I always thought you teeth were supposed to be touching when your mouth was closed and now I'm suddenly reading that people's teeth don't touch when they're standing or sitting. What the fuck is the correct way????

If you have an Overbite/Underbite, your teeth touching won't nessarily mean that you're putting your jaw in the correct position

the most importan part is that your tongue pushes your mouth plate so that the reactive force pushes your jaw muscles to the sides
