Should temples be slightly wider, slightly narrower or the same width as your zygomatic breadth?

You're talking about bitemporal width.

Measure the distance between your temporal sutures or the distance between your temporal hair points. You can potentially reduce the distance, if it's too wide, by getting temporal point restoration.

Bitemporal width should be less than or equal to the bigonial width. Bizygomatic width should be the greatest of the three but only slightly greater.

So how much is slightly narrower? 3-5mms or something like that?

Yeah that should be good.
It can be the same width as the bigonial preferably less but it should definitely be less than the bizygomatic.

anterior or posterior bizygomatic ?
Temples are also pretty tall, you have to define where excately the measurement starts

generally, your temples should be a literal temple and top of head rounded off nicely
your bigonion should be approx. as wide as your hairline
and Z-Arch should flare out to give high-fighting success face

I'm planning on taking HGH in order to make my face and skull wider (14cm zygomatic breadth and a 23 inch skull), will my bitemporal width increase as well?

The area right next to your eye area, I'm not very educated on the subject of the temporal area.

I'm pretty sure you will develop a more prominent browridge but I don't know about it increasing bitemporal width or not (sorry I'm not an expert).

All I know is you can reduce the width if you can find a doctor who is good at temporal point restoration and will actually do it with the purpose of improving facial aesthetics.
