I started bs and haven't rlly noticed bruising, ik that zygos get bruised pretty easily and mine didnt so am i doing it too softly?

can som1 explain wats the difference between a hammer and my fist, i can control the force on both of them, so there shouldn't be a difference between them and if anything hammer is better bc its flatter then my fist so it means force will be distributed more evenly.
