it already has that, have you read the first thing about tinder? that's literally how the matchmaking algorithm works, it treats every swipe as a "game" and if you don't get swiped - you "lose" and your ELO is lowered which downgrades you to the subhuman league (getting matches conversely raises your ELO and matches you with more attractive girls)
