Should Wisdom Teeth Be Removed?

I went to the dentist today because of my TMJ problems, and they suggested removing my wisdom teeth.

But I’ve heard that tooth extractions can sometimes affect facial aesthetics, so I’m wondering what I should ask them to do instead.

They also mentioned that I could get Invisalign, but they didn’t say much more about it.

My palate seems normal, but my lower front teeth are crowded and there’s not much space for them to be straight.

If ur thinking about BSSO, then its necessary. Theres no impact on ur looks, the rare exception to that is if they were buried insanely deep in ur mandible and warping the shape of it to begin with.
