Or should you do rest days so the inflammation goes down?

serious question btw

Show me the scientific sources that bonesmashing works, after that show me someone who has bonesmashed completely evenly with identical force each side, no scientific evidence actually supports bonesmashing, but muh Wolff's law wolffs law, If you wanna dickride Wolff's law that bad, you should do massai jumps and thumbpull too jfl, bonesmashing doesn't create new bone mass out of nowhere, and there's no real sources to support bonesmashing
iqlet are u gonna say muscle training doesn't create muscle mass either cuz ur doing strenght which increases density instead of hypertrophy training

here is the article proving bone hypertrophy is possible u requested...

why should i not?
Hitting your face with a hammer for temporary inflammation while risking hitting a nerve is a shit idea, there's no proof of it giving a permanent difference too, no scientific studies show bonesmashing isnt cope

Maybe, but people who did bonesmashing say they saw a change

Many variables to consider when you see "change" in bonesmashing, placebo effect, could be lighting, If they're bonesmashing they're prolly looksmaxxing too, so if they drop bf% while bonesmashing, no shit the bones would look bigger + the same "law" bonesmashers use (Wolff's law) is the same law that jester Patel uses to say thumb pullings not cope so do with that info what u will

I have explained it to you before. It takes daily effort to cause subperiosteal hematoma ossification (it will only increase bone density, and not mass probably)

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right, not the upvote)

Brother, do you even know Wolff's law? If not, Wolff's law is "bones adapt to the stresses they experience. When subjected to functional loads" the stress from hitting your face unevenly turns into trauma, the micro fractures from the bonesmashing doesn't give effective remodeling, even if bonesmashing did work, its impossible to have the same exact force, perfectly even both sides due to arm fatigue, so if you believe that cope works, its giving you asymmetry, not ideal for LM

scientific proof or just yapping? wolffs law is backed by science

also ur seriously weak if ur arm gets fatigued after 30-45 min of hitting something not even directly but with a hammer, and u don't need the same exact force because its a minimal difference, even if it gives assymetry u can just fix it by only hitting one side jfl

Safter that show me someone who has bonesmashed completely evenly with identical force each side

someone who has bonesmashed to achieve bone growth would be most commonly known people such as:
clavicular
loox
zeta presumeably

If you wanna dickride Wolff's law that bad, you should do massai jumps and thumbpull too jfl

thumbpulling doesn't work since it has nowhere near the force as the back end of a hammer with strong hits due to the surface of the hammer

massai jumps i have no idea if they work so i won't say

bonesmashing doesn't create new bone mass out of nowhere, and there's no real sources to support bonesmashing

ur right it doesn't create it out of nowhere it creates it out of collagen, minerals and bone cells
are you also going to say muscle isn't created out of nowhere or is that not the case

In the article itself it said "wolffs law is the response of bone to mechanical loading. The mathematical aspects of his law do not fully describe the process of mechanically induced bone remodeling" so, Wolff's law is stating "the bones respond to mechanical loading" bonesmashing could be considered impact loading but hitting the cheekbones in a concentrated manner is unideal for bone remodeling, now from the standpoint where you think bonesmashing works, the healing bone would first be woven bone, woven bone is "an immature and disorganized type of bone tissue that forms quickly during the bone development process" so lmk how a disorganized immature bone could give symmetry, on top of the fact that its near impossible to hit your bone with equal force and volume both sides, even then the "difference" is negligible and the inflamation is what actually makes your zygos look "bigger"

You also mentioned that looksmaxxers like methvicular (@shkypot told u dis nigga was a clav fan jfl) even though he was doing gear and peptides during the time he was bonesmashing, so the actual result he got, if any from bonesmashing is unknown, as for zeta I thought it was known that he got fillers, idk abt the other guy so I won't say anything I don't know, but overall you gave a frauded example of looksmaxxers "result" from bonesmashing, I agree with what you said about thumb pulling, massai jumps are cope if you take in Wolff's law since the bone if Anything would grow wider not taller, but due to the trauma and concentrated force (most likely uneven too) to have a negligible growth in bone, where even clav said "you should bonesmash for the inflamation then cover up the bruising" so realistically if you want your bones to have a temporary inflamation, I guess you could, but for actual bone growth its jester, especially considering the risks of hitting a nerve

Bro show me the AI
ur a jester no point explaining to u since after i already told u the difference in force is minimal and can be fixed by just hitting one side more for assymetry and u brought it up 3 times after i already explained that and many other instances of u just having ur ai generate a response ignoring the information i gave u

i highly doubt u could give me the definition of impact loading or what the woven bone is without using google or ai either

clav got results from bonesmashing but he has to deny it on stream and say it doesn't work else he can get in legal trouble for people replicating it because it is really dangerous if u don't know what ur doing

The whole Idea behind bonesmashing is because of Wolff's law, that a bone will adapt to the loads it is subjected to, becoming stronger and denser in response to increased stress and weaker in response to decreased stress. Also we can make a weak comparison to the way a muscle grows, by making micro tears in your muscle while working and letting them heal which would result the muscle coming back stronger
The bone growth is negligible, the inflamation gives most if not all of the "bigger bone" look, I've said this in this thread before but you're not gonna get a exact equal amount of force and volume when bonesmashing making it uneven, the other guy said you could bonesmash the other side to make it even but, that wouldn't work until the woven bone turns into normal bone after microfratures then trying not to make the other side bigger than the other, realistically you'll have assymetry from bonesmashing if you believe it works, I believe that the inflamation does most the work and the actual bone growth is negligible and uneven

he can because its a product that isn't manufactured by him or his associates where as bonesmashing is an action this is also the reason why videos including something dangerous have a disclaimer: Do no repeat at home but videos with steroids don't
