I tried this experiment where I compare myself to all the good looking people who have what I lack. In order to motivate myself to max out my strengths. It did not work. I got into depression and I did not want to improve myself at all, but I also think it’s kind of delusional to pretend that better people don’t exist so I will continue comparing myself. however, I don’t know how to cope. How does one cope with being mogged?
