Should you even prioritise training legs if your whole aim of going to gym is to look good/looksmax ?

Rather than giving an entire day to legs it would be so much better to prioritise upper body throughout the week where you train chest shoulders back and arms
And for the legs you can do 4 sets of squats after your arm day to not have disproportionate legs but don't worry if you are natural you will never have a jacked upper body which looks completely diffrent than your legs.

If you're natty oftentimes there's just nothing better to do. You can't do Push-Pull-Push-Pull-Push-Pull natty or you will screw your recovery. So having a leg day is good because at least you are doing some kind of activity.

Don't train legs, waste of time, if you like cycling try it but don't train legs, really, it's useless. Totally.

girls love ass when i was going to the gym whenever i was doing legs i was still doing upper body at the end

squats,deadlift,leg press will compress ur spine. i lost a solid inch after a heavy leg session (used to train legs before)

Don't have a bum day at the gym just bcoz girls said so it's literally the least dimorphic trait as a man

but u look dumb with absolutely no leg development plus if u have stronger legs other stuff easier (rows etc) which may help upper body

training age impacts how u want to train in my experience. when u are a skinny natty and squat is 200 lbs less than deadlift u feel like only doing DL. now i cant stand pulling, prefer squatting/good mornings (and bench) mainly cos progress slows on the DL very quickly after u get the first bulk out of the way.

Girls notice, and they like big legs just as much as you do on them. If you're suffering so much that you need to change your fashion sense, why can't you just put in 30 minutes? In my opinion, you'll notice it more when you fill out your frame and your legs start making you look small, but up to you.
 
training legs more than twice a week is a looksmin and powershitter cope

I superset pull ups with squats(low bar and high bar) and step ups

depends on your starting base, i didnt train legs for my first year as i was skinny fat with relatively big thighs, its good to do though because ive seen tonnes of thirst traps of guys crushing watermelons with their thighs

This is what I do. Since I’m on roids I just train my upper body muscles 3x a week each and then I hit a few sets of legs after every workout to make sure they don’t go to far

My split

Shoulders arms
Chest back
Shoulders
Arms chest
Shoulders back
Arms chest

My upper body is growing at a rapid rate with all this volume and I easily recover

Yes, a key to building your upper body, or a way to stop your upper body from hitting a plateau, is to train your legs.

yeah legit I haven’t been sore for months and I don’t even take deloads unless I’m on holidays lol. Natty training is so depressing compared to roids. The pumps are so much better on gear and it’s just so much more enjoyable. Not too mention the confidence boost from test too

Legs don't matter that much especially when starting out, prioritize lateral raises, pull ups, incline bench

train legs for health and posture. Unbalanced lower body muscles will cause health conditions and be a major falio in the long run.
If you don't care about long term consequences just say fuck it an blast roids then
 
no it's not necessary to prioritize them, especially in a body building sense. i'd rather not have big thighs. i do like training legs for strength, but i keep volume low
 
How has RAD effected you?
Strength gains are insane and focussed workouts
I will run it for 8 weeks Max as it is a oral I am also running liver supporting supps with and after that add deca too

You can take anadrol assuming you have done 1-2 cycles
You will insane gains with it run liver support supps with it for 4 weeks and you will put in more muscle as compared to deca

Deca fucks progestin receptors and adds too much water. I think mid level test + dry dht is best. For example 250 test 500 primo

Primo is perfect steroid apart from hair loss

I'm planning to but if i keep on getting gains after 12 weeks i won't add it but most probably I will but at a low dose of 300mg per week
