I’m trying to figure this one out, even ppl who are not recessed and have had good ortho treatment look fat as shit and look EXTREMLY bloated when smiling for some people.

I’m maybe thinking it’s just a lack of zygos or maybe a narrow pallete that’s not providing support or what I think it is is maybe over training buccinator muscles which then is very apparent when smiling . Lmk

If your reccesed it’s your lack of mandible projection, if your not it’s probably a issue with fat pads, bloating, lack of Zygos, narrow palate
