Should you fraud your height when your above 6”3

At what height does it become detrimental? I’m 16 and 6”5, are insoles/timbs needed? Or should I lie about my height and appear taller/shorter?

I would assume 6”3 is the standard height considered tall for most, but on the height rejection graph

The most optimal height appears to be 6”0. It it because taller guys will be sticks if they don’t hit gym or just generally be uglier?

I'm tall enough and HGH would do nothing for my height at this age and HGH hardly works for height anyways unless you're doing it since very young
