Should you give up junk food/fast food?

I haven't eaten any of this stuff for like a month and it's helped me lean down a bit. I am still bloated and around 22-23% bodyfat but it is lower than before. Should you just cut this stuff out forever? I don't really miss it at all it was mostly the dopamine from eating it which caused me to eat a lot of junk food.

yea for sure, i also notice when i eat junk food it never really fills me up and just makes me hungrier within a day, its a vicious cycle

yeah same. It tastes good but doesn't fill me up so I eat some more and the cycle repeats itself.

the problem is that you dont shit it out fast enough and it turns into toxic sludge in your guts and fucks u over.

you need to buy vegetables, or just find some in your momds fridge, blend them up with juice, and drink it. This way it will push out the toxic sludge and restore ur collagen.

Till then u are literally a walking bag of feces.

try and eat a big ass mcdonalds meal then hit the gym. Tell me you didn't just have the best workout of your life
its worth it but only if you gymmaxx and do some intense cardio at the end
