does this use buccinator muscle? i just removed my top and bottom retainer and im higher risk of relapse i think coz extractioncel, so im hard mewing, whilst sucking my lips onto my teeth. maybe sucking lip on lower teeth can get it tilted back, retroclined?

idk bout this, but ive noticed attractive ppl have tilted back lower incisors, is this what gives chin?

mario adrion has retroclined lower incisors. hes model despite gap tooth, hes got wide palate with that diastema, if gap teeth causes model facial structure then so be it, ill become diastemacel

mews me, nya!

'Lastly, an interesting thing that I am noticing in regards to lip seal is that the action of suctioning the lips against the teeth activates some specific musculature in the back of my neck, which I can feel with the palm of my hand. These particular muscles do not seem to activate in non-lip sealed mewing, or even regular head movemetns. I hope that the reader would confirm if this is happening to them too. '

lifefuel, i feel this too so think im doing it properly

maybe if i do this i wont get diastema, gaps etc
