Should you tell your friends you are using dutasteride/finasteride?

TLDR: Would you tell your friends about taking dut/fin or would you try your best to hide it and when you're good tell them?

Weird question, but I always thought I'd like to have good hair again and then tell them what I did, instead of telling them while I'm using it.

But now I realized it may be too much for me to not tell them and being worried about them not noticing my hair loss.

I'm tired, tired of life. But maybe that could relax me a little, or it could ruin something idk.
