chest, arms and shoulders are mandatory but how about back ? in a T shirt who cares

Its ur physique at the end of the day but it just wont look proportional at all
if it doesn't make you wider and that much more imposing then who cares ?

I only care about T shirt physique I already have a v taper, my lats are good tho so maybe I work them:unsure:

Back in general, especially lats and shoulders are essential to achieve the v taper. And the shape is also visible with a shirt on , which is what we want.

I mean, then yes u should train them if u want a wider back. Especially if ur already blessed with a decent frame

so there's no cutting corners, I'll have to train my whole body ?

Genuinely just add a bent over row, treat it like a accessory exercise. I love training back but i agree with a t shirt on its less important to have thickness. The lats are still important.

Training lats give you better back posture which makes ur width larger, if you neglect them and only train shoulders and chest ect ur gonna have nothing else to support it and youll have shitty posture as well

idk if this is 100% true but im pretty sure it applies to lat pulldowns & pullups ect
