not tryna look like a gymcel. obviously they're not gonna get to big naturally but should I still train them?

You def should but don’t do vertical shrugs since it will bias your upper traps which makes the illusion of narrower clavicles.not tryna look like a gymcel. obviously they're not gonna get to big naturally but should I still train them?

yea I've had kelsos in my split for like a year but I'm considering dropping them. kelsos are the only shrug variation I doYou def should but don’t do vertical shrugs since it will bias your upper traps which makes the illusion of narrower clavicles.
But doing something like a kelso shrug (scapula retraction) can bias your mid and lower traps, making your upper back look way bigger and not targeting the upper traps much so it’s good.
Why would you drop it?yea I've had kelsos in my split for like a year but I'm considering dropping them. kelsos are the only shrug variation I do
I've yet to find research on stimulus of the upper traps from kelsos because ik they bias the mid/lower trapsYou def should but don’t do vertical shrugs since it will bias your upper traps which makes the illusion of narrower clavicles.

just train neck bhaii train them cus i have skinny neck
Not much research on them since they are very niche but theoretically it will create stimulus in your upper traps since it’s still a shrug but not much since you do it in the transverse plane which the upper traps don’t benefit much from so it kinda “neutralizes” how much they involve in the movementI've yet to find research on stimulus of the upper traps from kelsos because ik they bias the mid/lower traps
I'm on full body EOD and they're currently in the middle of my workout. should I drop it completely or just put them at the very end with glutes? Not much research on them since they are very niche but theoretically it will create stimulus in your upper traps since it’s still a shrug but not much since you do it in the transverse plane which the upper traps don’t benefit much from so it kinda “neutralizes” how much they involve in the movement
Depends if your upper back is lacking or not, and what other movements you are going for your backI'm on full body EOD and they're currently in the middle of my workout. should I drop it completely or just put them at the very end with glutes?
for back I do Keenan flaps in the sagittal and frontal plane along with kelsos currentlyDepends if your upper back is lacking or not, and what other movements you are going for your back
Then why do you want to drop it? You won’t have an upper back bias if you dofor back I do Keenan flaps in the sagittal and frontal plane along with kelsos currently
do I need an upper back bias? I'm thinking purely for perceived frame. I dont have an upper back bias rn anyway because I do Keenan flaps before kelsosThen why do you want to drop it? You won’t have an upper back bias if you do
Yeh you need. Keenan flaps both in the sagittal and frontal plane do not bias the upper back at all or ver minimally. Your back will look very weird if you won’t have an upper back row in your training. Maybe drop the kelso and do a T bar if you wantdo I need an upper back bias? why tbar over kelsos?Yeh you need. Keenan flaps both in the sagittal and frontal plane do not bias the upper back at all or ver minimally. Your back will look very weird if you won’t have an upper back row in your training. Maybe drop the kelso and do a T bar if you want
i trained them for some time and when i wear a shirt i look weird in it because of the traps. I have average clavicles so i have to try everything i can to create the illusion of a wide frame therefore i skip them. I realized i look better now.not tryna look like a gymcel. obviously they're not gonna get to big naturally but should I still train them?

I personally do both to be sure but a T-bar also works on your rear delts, and lats more and a kelso shrug mainly bias your mid and low traps better than a T bar row.why tbar over kelsos?
