Aesthetic physiques are a meme unless you’re either a TikToker or right next to the beach. Having 10-13% BF is better for your looks and your size.
yes but i’m using ped to make most of my training since right since i am locked in on diet and training.
will get some size gains and increase weight on scale, then make sure to go back to 10-13%. i leanbulk with whole foods mainly and surplus isn’t too large so shouldn’t gain too much bf.
Dont bother training them because they will grow so much anyway just from lateral raises, rows and shoulder press

There are so many androgen receptors in the traps they are the first and quickest to grow for a lot of people even though they arent very aesthetic

Yes there are a lot in shoulders too, but the traps have wayy more receptors its a joke tbh how easy it is to grow them especially because they are one of the muscles girls dgaf about

They give you a thicker neck and wider back tbh

No but you will still hit traps if you do basically any exercise.
I remember seeing a meme made by foids that joked about traps making your frame seem worse.

They give a thicker back not much wider though and that is the lower/mid trap

Upper trap is what will reduce the v taper although it can make the neck appear thicker

Insertions are very important as well some peoples v taper never gets affected by trap growth because the traps are inserted so low down

Train your traps. Once a week if you are that worried about it. Having well balanced muscles is more important.
